Principal contractor monthly reporting


If you’re a Principal Contractor for a Transport Agency project awarded after March 2015 (when the Z5 Health and Safety Compliance Notice was updated), you must report your project’s HSE performance to the Transport Agency each month.

Reporting is done through the Zero Harm Monthly Reporting Portal(external link). This easy to use reporting platform lets Principle Contractors report their project's monthly HSE performance and allows both Principle Contractors and Project Managers to view:

  • Project by project reporting
  • Dashboards demonstrating lead and lag indicators
  • Bespoke reports.
